Top Places to Visit

Trunk Bay

Trunk Bay

Trunk bay is a part of Virgin Islands National Park, located on St. John. It is the only beach that requires a fee to visit. It has been voted one of the ten best beaches in the world. With its soft white powdery sand, beautiful coral reefs and warm, clean waters it’s perfect for snorkeling or underwater photography. Trunk Bay is the home of the National Park’s underwater snorkeling trail which consists of a series of underwater monuments with signs providing environmental information and identifying some of the flora and fauna common to the coral reef. After a long active day visitors can relax in restaurants and bars, or go shopping. The beach has become a popular venue for couples seeking a romantic tropical location for their wedding vows.

Coral Bay

Coral Bay

Coral Bay is a town on the island St. John, located on the southeastern side. It’s quiet opposite of bustling Cruz Bay, perfect for relaxation, a place where you can unplug and get in a different frame of mind. Many of its residents are sailors who live on their boats in Coral Bay Harbor. Coral Bay was once the main population center due to its sheltered harbor. If you travel 10 minutes longer you’ll end up in the majestic East End, probably the best place on St.John for snorkeling and kayaking. Also it’s a home to many barracudas and sea turtles. Explore this beautiful Caribbean paradise surrounded by vibrant sea life, white sand beaches and lush mountainous scenery.
